Well you've heard about it! All the top models (ie.Victoria's Secret, Sports Illus.) use it! Hey perfect for bathing suits and short shorts...Spring Break is just around the corner and so is summer! Even if your a guy don't miss this as it will be a good workout and hey the ladies like guys with good glutes too! We are gonna give it a whirl this week!
